Refund Policy
This Refund Policy applies to paid Cyberdigihub Digital training enrollments confirmed by invoice or written agreement. The website itself does not process payments.
Eligibility
Full refunds are available if you cancel in writing at least 14 days before the cohort start date and no digital workbook access has been issued. Team clinics follow the same 14-day written notice rule unless a custom contract states otherwise.
Timeframe
Refund requests must be submitted within 30 days after payment for unused enrollments that meet the conditions below. Late requests are reviewed case by case.
Full or partial refunds
If Cyberdigihub Digital cancels a cohort, you may choose a full refund or a transfer to a later date. If you withdraw after materials are issued but before the second live session, a partial refund of 50% may apply. After the second live session begins, tuition is generally non-refundable.

Refund process
Email contact@cyberdigihub.digital with your invoice number, cohort name, and reason for the request. We confirm eligibility within five Hong Kong business days.
Processing time and method
Approved refunds are returned via the original payment method within 10–15 Hong Kong business days after approval. Bank processing times may vary.
Cancellation by Cyberdigihub Digital
We may cancel or reschedule for instructor illness, insufficient enrollment, or venue issues. You will receive prompt notice and a choice of transfer or full refund of amounts paid for the affected offering.
Exceptions
Serious documented emergencies may qualify for goodwill transfers even when standard deadlines have passed. Fraudulent enrollment activity voids refund eligibility.
